OMAR Battle Kit

This is the guidelines for the OMAR Battle Kit. This is the basic kit and anything listed is NON optional. This kit is only here to serve one purpose. We wear it to games that aren't MUJA based, and we use it when we do skirm's or trainings so we don't scare off the locals and get killed.

Head Gear: We have not decided on the head Gear... yet. But it looks like garrison caps, Berets, and Russian Helmets are in the lead.

Top:

For the Winter,we are wearing Flectarn Parkas. For summer time its Flecktarn BDU shirts, or solid OD T shirts. Contact me for Pricing, i am getting these for about $5 a shirt!

Pants: Solid OD Pants. Contact me, i will have these for sale at $5 each!

Boots must be black, and bloused.


Web gear is to be OD, or Painted OD (Dyed, or Sprayed)

I think If we get Black Berets and get a cool flash thing for it... that would be sexy.

Berets ARE sexy. You have my vote for berets.

I like Berets as well. Maybe get the SF green ones and dye them darker?

Are we at all considering getting team patches made? Or do we not use the Battle kit enough for them to be very relevant?

I would say at this point, not yet

But we will once we get some team stuff going, etc.

I have ordered some Flectarn shirts, and Moss/light brown Berets.

We will see how Pro-OPFOR this looks when i get it all in and mess around with them.

Have we at all considered going for the spetznaz look and wearing flora camo?

We will get to that, but Russian stuff is expensive ($80 for a uniform set)
